ProcedureOverview

The method is based on a competitive colorimetric ELISA assay. The Nandrolone antibody has been coatedin the plate wells. During the analysis, sample is added along with theenzyme-conjugate. If the target is present in the sample, it will compete forthe antibody, thereby preventing the HRP from binding to the antibody attached to the well.The resulting colorintensity, after addition of substrate, has an inverse relationship with thetarget concentration in the sample.
